What happens if my tank fill with an amount lower than what I prepaid?

Our system will issue an automatic refund of the difference. You will receive an email confirming the transaction.

Can I be fined for using a mobile phone on the station?

No. Our legal team has performed all the necessary research and confirmed that there's no current law prohibiting the use of mobile phones on service stations.

Is there a fee for using the app?

Smartpass is completely FREE for all users. There's no service charge or any other kind of fee. You will pay exactly the same as any other customer filling up at the station.
